IOOF Drone Map — Read-only Buyer Preview
Real cemetery aerial imagery with illustrative sample markers. Public categories are Current Burials, Reserved, and Available; internal mapping layers are not displayed. Sample names and dates are fictional; this preview makes no Supabase requests and cannot edit cemetery records.
Open the preview to explore the aerial map and example record popups.
Demonstration plot selector
Blank demonstration plots; not real cemetery inventory.
Your real cemetery map will appear here after Legacy Burials prepares your cemetery's imagery and plot inventory.
Help Center
Choose a topic below for step-by-step guidance. These instructions apply to your IOOF portal.
Find a burial or headstone on the map
Select Map at left. Zoom and pan around the aerial image, then click a teal headstone point. Its record opens in the editor. Map positions are locked.
Update a name, dates, military details, or Plot ID
Select the headstone on the Map. Review its burial information, enter corrections or a proposed Plot ID, then choose Save all. These updates are stored as protected drafts; they do not change the source record or map coordinates.
Add a headstone photograph
On the Map, select the correct headstone record. Scroll to the attachments section, choose a photograph and upload it. Check that it appears in that record’s file list.
Attach a permit, deed, or document
Open the record and use its file upload area. Supported types include PDF, DOCX and common images. Maximum file size is 10 MB. Documents are private to authorized cemetery staff.
View existing photographs and files
Open a headstone record and select the Photo link for its original photograph, or open an item under attachments. The original photograph link and uploaded attachments are different sources.
Review Plot ID drafts and edit history
Administrators can select History on the left to review draft Plot IDs, browse edit history and refresh map records. This area is not available to employee accounts.
Create and export a report
Choose AI Reports, select a suggested report or enter a supported question, and click Generate report. The table includes records available to your signed-in cemetery account. Download CSV to open it in Excel.
Why are my map points in the wrong location?
Only the map administrator can change map geometry in QGIS. Employee and cemetery administrator accounts can edit record information, not GPS positions.
Problems signing in or saving
Check that you are signed into your assigned IOOF account, confirm internet access, and try refreshing the page. If a file upload fails, verify the file type and 10 MB limit. Do not share passwords.
AI Reports
Ask a supported question in everyday language or choose a report. Reports analyze the IOOF source records that your signed-in account is authorized to read. This is rule-based, AI-assisted question interpretation—not a generative AI service.
Select a report to begin.
The report reflects original imported records, not pending corrections in edit drafts. Results are not automatically public. For complete records, use Download CSV; the on-screen table displays up to 100 rows.

Purchaser Information
Deceased / Interments
Confirm the burial actually occurred before adding it. This action is saved only when you click Save plot changes.
Plot Purchase Document — Scan, Review & Apply
Scans a plot purchase receipt, agreement, or invoice. Review the document category, payment evidence, purchaser, date, amount and plot number before applying. Do not use a burial-service invoice to change plot ownership.
Select a purchase document under Plot Attachments, or choose Scan purchase beside a stored attachment.
Changes remain unsaved until you click Save plot changes. Existing burial/interment records are not modified.
Services & Financial Records
Approved invoices are saved with the selected plot. If purchaser details were already saved in a previous version, rescan the invoice and click the button below to add its financial record without changing ownership.
Burial Permit Information — Scan & Review
Read text from a selected digital PDF or run OCR on an image/scanned PDF. This test does not send documents to an AI model. Verify every field before applying. Fictional documents only.
Choose a burial permit under Plot Attachments, then click Scan selected attachment file. You may also scan an already uploaded document from the list.
Preparing fills the burial form; it does not create an interment. Verify the actual burial date, add to pending interments, then Save plot changes.
Plot Attachments
Upload PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP documents to this fictional plot. The server enforces an 8 MB combined limit. Do not upload actual private cemetery records to the test.
